Loan Origination System

Credit Business Rules Engine

Business Users can easily configure derived variables, credit rules/scorecards and set up granular, credit assessment frameworks (based on product/segment/geography/channel etc.) on an ongoing basis.

Assessment Hub

  • Set up a wide array of credit rules/scorecards, weight scorecard parameters as needed, STP/NSTP classification etc. Originators can also set up multiple lender assessment structures on the same hub.
  • Configure and define the intelligence for application of these credit rules/scorecards.
  • Computes the ‘application credit score’ for a specific application.

Decision & Disbursal Hub

  • Decisions the application based on the computed score and any other rules. Originators can run this for multiple lenders on the same hub and flash one or more offers to the borrower
  • Provides a ‘white box’ construct for stakeholders, viz. the Risk Policy team, such that they always have granular visibility at an individual application level.
  • Leverage AI/ML as a service for making more robust credit decisions.
  • Pre-integrated disbursal facilitation services viz. e-Sign, e-Nach, PennyDrop etc. Can be based on choice of lender in case of an originator.

Workflow Engine

Multiple workflows can be configured for different product/segment/ geography/channel combinations allowing lenders to cater to ‘micro markets’ as opposed to a monolith structure. Similarly, originators can configure multiple lender-specific workflows. This is further supported with increased operational visibility at a micro-service level for simpler debugging of issues.

  • Front-end configuration allows multiple workflows to be easily set up across functions viz. Sales, Credit Operations etc. as well as across multiple lender-product combinations.
  • Workflows range from sequencing various aggregations with / without rules, pre-credit assessment checks, actual credit assessment, decisioning, disbursal initiation.
  • Allows client organizations to set up as many workflows as they need, and also have granular visibility at an individual element-level within a workflow.
  • Micro-service structure for process workflows makes it easier to identify / debug in case of any failures.
